Quorum Drive Corridor Plan
Quorum Drive Corridor Plan
The Quorum Drive Revitalization Project represents a significant opportunity for the Town of Addison, Texas, to transform a predominantly car-centric office district into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly hub. Building on Addison’s reputation for high-quality development and public spaces—established by the landmark Addison Circle, a New Urbanist case study—this initiative seeks to create a dynamic district that reflects the evolving needs of the community.
Although Quorum Drive is surrounded by parks, restaurants, hotels, public art, and urban residential living, its current design as an office-dominated corridor limits its potential as a truly integrated, mixed-use environment. This project aims to address that challenge by incorporating Placemaking principles and outdoor workplace design to retrofit the area into an active, walkable district that anchors Addison’s downtown.
Working under Teague Nall and Perkins (TNP) as lead consultant, and in collaboration with TBG Landscape Architects, our team is leading a collaborative process to reimagine Quorum Drive. Together, we aim to create a place where residents, workers, and visitors alike can connect, engage, and thrive—a model for how thoughtful urban design can strengthen community identity and economic vitality.
