Having worked off and on with The Pearl for many years, we’re excited to be at it again, now working on a master plan that will guide development decisions for years to come. This work includes the creation of a Placemaking Framework that defines the public spaces and experiences across Pearl, including places focused on food and drink, entertainment or recreation, neighborhood socializing, and others that are quiet and contemplative.
This project team is led by Overland Partners, with TBG on landscape architecture and urban design, with Sam Schwartz on mobility, alternative transportation and parking.
